Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal the Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta empezando por el lobby, Los chef, el personal de piscina , el Café del 2 piso, buffet y los restaurantes a la carta . Muchísimas gracias por atendernos como lo hicieron. No tiene precio. Ojalá nos volvamos a ver. Un abrazo a todos Uds., departe de mi esposa Taki y yo Christian Krauth.

I highly recommend it !!! The buffet, drinks, snacks and specialty restaurants 10 out of 10 !!!! It is a very nice hotel, clean, and overlooking the beautiful beach. The staff is very attentive and their service is excellent; in my experience due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave the hotel before the end of our stay and at the reception they were extraordinarily kind, very fast and attentive. I would definitely recommend it! I hope to come back again!

Un excelente servicio, sin lugar a dudas una elección digna de ser compartida con la familia y los seres queridos. Vine en compañía y la cena, el servicio y el ambiente fue de maravilla. Si están en el hotel Krystal en puerto Vallarta, no pueden faltar! Y por cierto, si preguntan que comer... Tiren por una lasagna de verduras y su corazón volará.
