Just returned from a very relaxing and amazing trip. Stayed at the Hacienda. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The breakfast buffet had offers many options. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and the ability to have your eggs anyway made real time. The offerings at the buffets and specialty restaurants were all good. Special thanks to Antonio the server around the two pools , his smile and friendly conversations made are stay so special. The others servers around the pool were all very good. Also special thanks to Karen and Daniel the aqua exercise instructors, they were both great and made it fun each day.

Just returned from a relaxing vacation. From the moment you check in to the day you leave they make you feel welcome. The app was very easy to book the special dining options as well as find out what classes games etc were being offered each dayStayed on the Hacienda- garden view. Room was always clean. A shout out to the amazing staff at the breakfast Buffet, especially the staff that make your eggs any way you want, the fresh fruit was very delicious and all the other offerings made a great start to your day. The special coffees from the cafe were also a great choice. The buffets at the Hacienda and Grand Krystal always had a great selection of foods. A special shout out to Antonio server around the 2 pools at the hacienda side. Was very friendly outgoing and his smile made our day. Always making sure we were always taken care of. The other servers were also amazing. Another shout to Karen and Daniel the Aquatic classes and other entertainment, they made our week.

Stayed with friends from March 21-28 2025 beautiful hotel …staff from reception Octavio and bartenders , waitresses were nothing but awesome …drinks ,& food were delicious, loved the snack bar , also the sushi at the infinity pool ….entertainment could use some upgrades in the evening , other than that will definitely return ..

John and recently visited the Krystal Grand Vallarta for the second time in the last three years. I am very happy to say that it was just as lovely as our last time here. We spent the majority of our time on the Hacienda side. Our room was always clean and the staff was fantastic wherever we ventured to (buffets, restaurants, bars, pools, front desk etc.). We have to give a HUGE shout out to Antonio, Carlos, Cesar and Raphael on the Hacienda pool side. They work so hard and are always so friendly. We had the most interaction with Antonio and honestly we can not say enough about his professional service and fabulous sense of humour and personality. This makes all the difference in the experience in our opinion. On our last day before returning to Canada we wanted to thank him in person and were so happy to catch him just as he was coming onto shift! Thank you Antonio! You are wonderful!
