Krystal Grand® Puerto Vallarta Hotel Reviews in Vallarta

John and recently visited the Krystal Grand Vallarta for the second time in the last three years. I am very happy to say that it was just as lovely as our last time here. We spent the majority of our time on the Hacienda side. Our room was always clean and the staff was fantastic wherever we ventured to (buffets, restaurants, bars, pools, front desk etc.). We have to give a HUGE shout out to Antonio, Carlos, Cesar and Raphael on the Hacienda pool side. They work so hard and are always so friendly. We had the most interaction with Antonio and honestly we can not say enough about his professional service and fabulous sense of humour and personality. This makes all the difference in the experience in our opinion. On our last day before returning to Canada we wanted to thank him in person and were so happy to catch him just as he was coming onto shift! Thank you Antonio! You are wonderful! Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal the Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta empezando por el lobby, Los chef, el personal de piscina , el Café del 2 piso, buffet y los restaurantes a la carta . Muchísimas gracias por atendernos como lo hicieron. No tiene precio. Ojalá nos volvamos a ver. Un abrazo a todos Uds., departe de mi esposa Taki y yo Christian Krauth.

I highly recommend it !!! The buffet, drinks, snacks and specialty restaurants 10 out of 10 !!!! It is a very nice hotel, clean, and overlooking the beautiful beach. The staff is very attentive and their service is excellent; in my experience due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave the hotel before the end of our stay and at the reception they were extraordinarily kind, very fast and attentive. I would definitely recommend it! I hope to come back again!
